Trip I : Special Winter Morocco:

A week away to climb Morocco’s and northern Africa’s highest summit during a rewarding trek with the most stunning views. An ascent in winter, in a time where this popular range stands quiet with a handful of adventurers and the Berber inhabitants of this range.

Climbing morocco and North africa’s highest peak in winter is certainly a challenging , yet rewarding walk /attempt to this stunning range. You will lead an adventure in times when only a few of visitors will try to trek this fascinating part of the High Atlas mountains.

Itinerary:

  • Day 1 : Arrival at Marrakech and transfer to hotel/ Riad.
  • Day 2 : Transfer to Setti Fadma and walk up to Agouns.
  • Day 3 : Walk up Tizi N’ou aattar, down to Oukeimeden.
  • Day 4 : Trek to Tizi Oussem.
  • Day 5 : Ascent to Neltner via tizi N’tadat.
  • Day 6 : Ascent to Toubkal and back to Aremd.
  • Day 7 : Transfer back to Marrakech and visit of the red city.
  • Day 8 : End of trip.

Note:

This trip in particular requires a proper level of fitness to face the weather conditions, terrain difficulties and some minor technical obstacles while climbing the summit. Trip II : From Atlas to Atlantic:

This trip combines a walking part with a sightseeing circuit in a bus around the Atlantic coast of Morocco. Through the unknown mountains of the occidental range of the high Atlas we head off to explore where the Berbers’ lifestyle , settling the area , for centuries , has not changed , as well as the animated and perfumed souks of the Souss region. By this mix of areas we aim to link peaks to waves, rustic to modern lives and remote villages to imperial cities within a new but full approach to Morocco.

ITINERARY:

  • Day 1 :Transfer in a bus to the village of Amizmiz000m) Tisguis (1200 m)
  • Day 2 :Annougal river-Toug lkheir,Imi n’isli, Imazayn….
  • Day 3 : Imi ntazla - tizi fourna (1700 m)-Tnirt
  • Day 4 : Anougal- tizga
  • Day 5 : Tizi n’oudif
  • Day 6 : Iguer village .
  • Day 7 : Adrar ntadaffalt- Tizi ntidd -Ikkis village
  • Day 8 /9 : wadi N’fiss - Tanammaert, Lemkal, Idraren, and Agadir Nouqqoun
  • Day 10 : Mouldikht- Taroudant,
  • Day 11 : Agadir -Essaouira
  • Day 12 : city visit from the Squalla (the Portuguese wall and city), the souks, the squares and all the thuya art craftsmen to the port or simply the beach. All is a chance to relax and enjoy the weirdly spiritual life in the city.

Trip III : Rambling In Toubkal :

A multi-active star- shaped tour around the Atlas of Marrakech exploring its valleys on donkeys and mules and trying some mountains. We won’t miss for no reason the bubbling red city , its open square- theater where acrobats, snake charmers and story tellers animate the biggest outdoor restaurant. The surf and sports addicted kids will love the peaceful beaches of Essaouira, the fishing port and all the medieval alleys of this ex-Portuguese city.

  • Day 1 : transfer from airport to Riad.
  • Day 2 : transfer to Imlil- walk up to Aremd (1980m).
  • Day 3 : walk up to Tamatert pass (2250m).
  • Day 4 : ascent to Sidi Shamharouch shrine.
  • Day 5 : ascent to tizi Mezzick pass (2250 m ).
  • Day 6 : transfer to Essaouira- free afternoon.
  • Day 7 : drive to Sidi Kawki beach - horse or camel riding- surf lessons.
  • Day 8 : explore Essaouira- drive to Marrakech-night caleche drive around Marrakech.
  • Day 9 : Marrakech tour.

Trip IV : Classical Toubkal:

We discover the wilderness of the Atlas mountains during some 10 days of fairly rugged walking, enjoy the hardy and hospitable Berber people’s company and attempt an ascent of North Africa’s highest summit.

  • Day 2 : Rak -Setti fattma- Timichi
  • Day 3 : Timichi -Tizi ouaatar (3246 m ) - Oukeimeden (2668m).
  • Day 4 : Oukeimeden - Amsakrou- Areg:
  • Day 5 : Areg-Imi ourhlad-Tizi oussem:
  • Day 6 : Tizi Oussem - Tizi n’tadat -Neltner hut.
  • Day 7 : Neltner-Toubkal summit-Aremd Transfer back to Marrakech via Asni. overnight in a hotel
  • Day 8: Free day in Marrakech.

Trip V : The hidden trails :

Possibly the least popular valley in the Occidental part of the High Atlas , the Zat valley un folds some extraordinary cultural and natural treasures of immense importance to the area’s history. A moderate three days trip is an insight into the hidden valleys and pastures hosts of Morocco’s biggest rock carving site, Yaggour.

  • Day 1 : transfer from Marrakech via Tirhdouine
  • Day 2 : explore plateau Yagour
  • Day 3 : walk over to Ansal
  • Day 4 : walk up to the Zat valley
  • Day 5 : transfer back to Marrakec- visit the red city.

Trip VI : Atlas explorer :

An energetic adventure hiking trails in the shadow of the mighty Toubkal massif. This part is much more remote and less visited than the main other circuits of the occidental High Atlas. Walking this part is delight. The lush valleys- oases lie encased below some rugged almost barren mounts offering stunning scenery and adding magical contrasts to the mud-brick villages that nestle in clusters between orchards of peach trees, apricots and roses. The heart of the Atlas is close by.
