You Are in the hands of an expert tour guide who cycles with the group throughout. Your luggage is transferred onto the next overnight stop by our support vehicle. Whilst cycling all you have to carry is the daily essential such as camera and snacks. A front handlebar or rear panniers ( or saddle bag) are provided locally with the bikes. On some trips a support vehicle travels behind the group, always out of sight. On others it may go on ahead with the luggage and then return to sweep the route several times to check if anyone requires assistance . On certain self-guided group trips or on sections with no vehicular access, a support vehicle may not be necessary or practical.
Specific tour details can be found under Tour Staff & Support in each Factfile. For more details contact us or email us to answer your questions.
Amongst the wide open spaces of Ergs and barren landscapes we cycle exploring the best of the southern villages and kasbahs punctuating every now and then the Sahara. Great oases, stunning mud-brick villages and warm faces are elements of a unique Morocco.
Entirely heading south-east of the Atlas , we ride through amazing terraced valleys and southern slopes of the mighty mountains. lush valleys, deep gorges and grandiose people are part of a stunning scenery where your bike will lead to unforgettable times amongst the Berbers.
One of the most fascinating on two-wheels tour around the middle atlas central massif exploring unusually green range rich in fauna flora and authentic and ethnic encounters. you will rarely see tarmac roads since you cross national parks, deep gorges and vibrating water springs before you head back to Meknes, volubilis and Fez for some interesting cultural sightseeing.

Typically, on our cycling holidays, an average speed is around 16km/h on a flat or gently undulating terrain. Daily distances vary from day to day and tour to tour, depending on the route, quality of road surface, accessibility for vehicle support and availability of accommodation. Whether we are due to travel 30 km or 60km, our objective is not to cover the distance as quickly as possible- it is simply to take our time , to enjoy the fresh air, nature, sound and a variety of scenery.
